－ You must NOT make the model public, share, leak or trade any assets in the package with other people.

－ You must NOT re-sell the model even with or without an edit.

－ You must NOT claim my works as your own.

－ You must NOT upload the model for anyone else beside yourself.

－ You must NOT take any parts of the model for commercial/personal use without obtaining it from the original source.

－ In the future if VRChat update break something, it is NOT my responsibility to fix it.

－ My model uses dynamic bones version 1.2.2, which is not provided because it's a paid tool so make sure you have it before hand. You are able to find it in the unity asset store.

－ No refunds

-If you're buying this avatar package as a gift for someone, then you need to fill up the gift section accordingly. The receiver of the gift must follow my TOS otherwise he will not be permitted to use the package and have to delete the avatar files.

-It is recommended to use the gift receiver email when buying the package as a gift.
